A nice studio on the 8th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 85 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Filips Roberts, Latvia I stayed in this studio a couple of months ago and there was no problem whatsoever. The rooms were clean, hotel staff was great and the best thing is that it was only 3 blocks away from the beach. I made the most of the Internet access as I needed to communicate with some friends back at home. I spent the night at the restaurants that were nearby. You get a lot of services for only a couple of dollars. I give it 5 stars. Kylie Lawrence, UK I loved that it had a very big and comfortable double sized bed. AC was functioning as it should. I ate the best hotel food in years. If you do not like it, as Filips said, there are a couple of restaurants in the near vicinity of the studio that make many dishes. The Copacabana beach was very beautiful. It was a very wise investment because for little money I got a whole bunch of services and facilities. Caradoc Glynn, Wales For 85$ I got a very spacious studio that was designed in a very thoughtful way. It was located on the 8th floor of the building, which was 2 blocks away from the beach. It had Internet access, TV, modern kitchen; everything that is listed on the site is entirely true. I plan on coming here again next year, for the 2011 Carnival edition. This year was very fun and I am certain that next year it will be even more exciting. Hello from Wales!
