A nice studio on the 8th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT Robert, USA I stayed in this studio a couple of days ago and there was no problem whatsoever. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. They came to pick us from the airport, explained us everything that we needed to know, offered to take us in some tours (paid of course) - in few words, far better services than you would get if booking a hotel room. I made the most of the internet access as I like staying in touch with my friends anywhere I'd go. I strongly recommend this studio to the ones that don't need fancy, big, many bedrooms apartments. I was a bit suspicious in the beginning, because until this year I booked only hotel rooms, but this year we "took the risk" and rented an apartment. Luckly, we've found StartBrazil and we had some great accommodation. A very nice & refined studio I should say. Not to mention that Copacabana beach is so beautiful!
