A nice studio on the 2th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT Enrico, Italy I rented a flat in Rua Prudente Morais 269 in december 2010 for 5 days. All was ok, flat is very nice and clean and also the bathroom, I was alone, but is perfect for 2 persons. Flat is exactly like the photos in the website and is placed in a very good and quite area, just 1 block from Ipanema Posto 8, around is full of restaurants, bar and others. No problems with reservation and the driver was waiting on time at the airport to take me in Ipanema. Good experience, I liked, thanks guys. I liked it's wide-opened spaces and the calm painting on the walls. I was very happy with this studio so if you are in Rio de Janeiro and do not want to spend a lot on expensive hotel accommodation services, this studio will really please you. Tania, USA Nice studio. They offer very good services and facilities for the money. The internet worked like a charm and I was able to communicate with my sister back home. The beach was very nice, and very easy to access at it was located only one block away from the studio. The staff tries to help you solve any problem that might occure - like being silly and loosing the key! I really liked staying here and I am certain that this New Year's Eve I will be spending in Rio (I hope so at least!)
