A nice studio on the 2th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 85 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Gweneth Efa, Wales The studio in which I stayed in was very spacious for its only 45 m2. The double bed was very clean and comfortable. Speaking of cleanness, I have not seen such a clean room before in my life, not even in a penthouse or a five star hotel, all the room was impeccable. I enjoyed making a few dinners in that fully equipped kitchen. Basically, I had everything I needed and if by any chance I wanted something, the staff there really helped. I have nothing to complain about the studio or the hotel. Dante Giustina, Italy As I remember, the studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building and it has AC, TV, a fast internet connection and a very modern kitchen. I spent most of my time at the beach as it was only 1 block away. The restaurants nearby are a solid alternative to the food served at the hotel which is not bad but it cannot compare to a meal cooked at a restaurant. I was very happy with this studio so if you are in Rio de Janeiro and do not want to spend that much on accommodation services, this studio will save you a couple of bucks. I remember that every Sunday there is a hippy market, very interesting and should not be missed by anyone that stays in that area. I totally recommend this studio as the price is low but what you get in return is great!
