A nice studio on the 3th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 85 per night.

I booked this studio as it was so close to many clubs and bars. I had a great time partying in clubs and relaxing after that at the studio. The studio is very clean, fully equipped, a real deal for only 85$ / night. If you are looking for Ipanema accommodation services, book this studio as it is a real deal for your wallet. Have fun. I stayed here for an entire month for a college program and I had a lot to learn. Of course, I had some time to have fun so I went to the local bars that were very close to the studio. The staff at the hotel was very kind with all students; they were at our disposal all day long. I am really glad I had this experience. I hope that sometime in the future, I will come back. It was conveniently located near the beach, where I spent most of my time. The studio was very clean and cleverly decorated, very appealing to the eye. The fully equipped kitchen was very handful as I went to the local market and bought a few things in order to prepare a traditional Brazilian dinner. You should try it!
