A nice studio on the 1st floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

Just one block from the beach, very helpful doormen and the service from StartBrazil was great. I loved the good and quick service from StartBrazil when i mailed questions and needed help, the transport from and to the airport was quick and safe, and the cleaning of the studio was great. Thx for a great stay Aron, UK Rental company extremely reliable and helpful - responded to emails rapidly, were responsive to a change in our travel plans, and sent driver to airport as we had agreed. Apartment was well located in Ipanema. It is quite small/particularly luxurious, but comfortable. When we rented the apartment, the website indicated that it was 45 m2 - it turns out it is actually 37 m2 (they have since adjusted the website, but did not give us a discount to compensate for the smaller size) Big D., UK I got a lovely 45 m2 studio (at least that's what they say on the website - but it's quite enough if you ask me) with one bedroom and one bathroom. I did not need a larger place and this studio was exactly what I was searching for. You get good quality for the money you pay - and talking about payment, I did it via credit card and had no problems at all. So if you don't need a large apartment then book this studio and you will surely not regret it. Oh and not to mention, they staff do a great job, trying to help you as best as they can.
