A nice studio on the 1st floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 85 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Noelani Maleko, Hawaii This one bedroom, one bathroom studio was very nice. Clean as a whistle and offered an easy access to the beach as it was only one block away. All rooms are equipped with Internet, TV, AC and fully functional kitchens. For 85 dollar per night, it is a real bargain. I do not smoke but I saw many people doing it so I presume that smoking is allowed. The double bed was more than comfortable for my needs. The studio is neatly located just 1 block away from the beach so it is easy to assume that when I was not at the carnival, I spent my time on the beach. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Easy to anticipate that I will be coming here again next Carnival and most important, I will definitely be here with my husband during the 2014 World Cup which will take place in Brazil. Located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema, there are many restaurants and nightlife activities in the nearby vicinity; It is a good and peaceful neighborhood. Book this studio and you will not regret it, I assure you.
