We stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bed apartment. The apartment was perfectly located in Ipanema, and the service offered by StartBrazil was very professional. The only downside was that the lift didn't work, so we had to use the service elevator. However, this tiny inconvenience would definitely not deter us from using this great service again. Thank you! Have used the services of StartBrazil on a couple of occasions over the past few years and stayed in several apartments on the Copa and Ipanema, top quality units, great locations and above all impeccable service. The units are well described on the site and exactly as shown, spotlessly clean and there is always someone available on the ground to assist with any queries. The apartment was great - close to both Cocacabana and Ipanema, the Metro, bars and restaurants. It was very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned several times during our 10 night stay. The staff was very professional making both checking in and out easy. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.
