A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with queen size bed (or 2 single beds), airconditioning, cable tv, internet and partial ocean view. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 600 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:

I remember I stayed at this one bedroom apartment for a couple of days on a business trip. The apartment was very well kept and interestingly designed, have not seen such an inspiring décor in a while. I liked the fact that it was very close to the public transportation which I used very often in order to reach my business appointments without having to take a taxi. I liked staying here and I totally recommended to those of you that are looking to save a few dollars on accommodation services. We did not want to spend our money on accommodation because we knew that we will spend most of our time visiting the city or catching some sun on the beach. For the moments we stayed in, it was great, the rooms were very clean and the staff was great. We even cooked a couple of traditional Brazilian meals to see how they tasted. It was incredible; I had the best time of my life. Edmund Erna, Germany I liked the most the position of the apartment: close to the beach, very close to the local transportation and just a few minutes away from the most important restaurants in the city. The apartment in which I stayed in during my short vacation was very spacious and was equipped with all the basics: AC, TV, fully loaded kitchen, Internet access and many more that I cannot remember right now.
