A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with queen size bed (or 2 single beds), air conditioning, cable tv, internet and partial ocean view. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

The apartment was very well kept and interestingly designed. I liked the fact that it was very close to the public transportation which I used very often in order to reach my business appointments without having to take a taxi - I hate taxis! I liked staying here and I totally recommended to those of you that are looking to save a few dollars on accommodation services when travelling for business. Kimberly, USA My husband and I went on our honeymoon in Ipanema and we stayed in this apartment. We did not want to spend a lot of money on accommodation because we knew that we will spend most of our time visiting the city or catching some sun on the beach - that's why we prefered this apartment rather than an expensive hotel room! For the moments we stayed in, it was great, the rooms were very clean and the staff was great. We even cooked a couple of traditional Brazilian meals to see how they tasted. It was incredible! I had the best time of my life.
