A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a double bed, a little bedroom with a single bed (only with a ventilator), airconditioning (only in main bedroom) and cable tv. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 85 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Ferdi Jospeh, Germany I went here a couple of years ago and I remember that the building looked very nice and so did the rooms in the one bedroom apartment in which I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff at the hotel was at my disposal 24/7, very eager to help me. The rooms were all cooled by a working AC, very important during excruciatingly hot summer days. The beach was only 2 blocks away and looked stunning. I enjoyed my stay here and I hope that someday I will come back again. Great service, very useful amenities, clean rooms, and most important, the beach was only 2-3 minutes away from us. For 85 dollars a night we lived in a little piece of paradise. Pakpao Sunan, Thailand I spent most of my night cooking a couple of traditional Brazilian meals at the kitchen. It was very nice and very good equipped. The rooms were spacious enough and most important, at least for me, very clean. The staff at the hotel did everything in their power to make my stay as pleasant as it can be. Although it was hot, I relaxed on the beach and at the hotel where the AC was working properly. I totally recommend this hotel as they do a very fine job.
