A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a double bed, a little bedroom with a single bed (only with a ventilator), air conditioning (only in main bedroom) and cable tv. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

The bedroom was cooled by a working AC, very important during excruciatingly hot summer days, very clean and tidy. The beach was only 2 blocks away and looked stunning. We stayed at the beach for hours, we visited the entire city, took tours and so on. We are seriously thinking about coming here for the New Year because they have some attractive packages for eager tourists like us!
