A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES

The apartment was very clean, tt was even cleaner than my own apartment!! The staff was incredible, very friendly - starting with their local manager, the driver, the maid and all the rest. The one bedroom apartment in which I stayed was very nice. I found it surprisingly spacious for its only 55 m2 of living area. The rooms are nice and tidy, and the maid service is very good. I have nothing to complain about and I already made plans to come here again to next year's Carnival.
