A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with a double bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
It is located near the General Osorio square in Ipanema (Posto 7), where on Sunday there is the hippy market. Also many restaurants, bars and other nightlife is nearby. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 80 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Kanya Malai, Thailand For the 80 dollars per night that I paid for 2 weeks I got a very spacious 55m2 one bedroom apartment that had a fully functional kitchen. I was glad when I found out that the local transportation was 2-3 minutes away from the apartment because I wanted to see the rest of the city. It was beautiful, the city and the apartment. It was even cleaner than my own apartment. The staff was incredible, very friendly. I wish that someday I will come back to relive those happy times. Starting from the staff which was very friendly and ending with the apartment that was very clean and cleverly decorated. I found the double bed very relaxing and I did not have any problems sleeping, although the weather was hot; I turned on the ac and I slept like a baby. I give it 5 stars out of 5 possible as, at least for me, everything was just perfect. Amalia Gyuri, Hungary I got a special package for the 2009 Carnival and I had the time of my life. The one bedroom/one bathroom apartment in which I stayed was very nice. I found it surprisingly spacious for its only 55 m2 of living area. The kitchen was very nice, fully equipped and I used it for a couple of times. The rest of the time I spent it at the beach as it only was 2 blocks away from the apartment. I visited the entire city by bus, which I took every day as it was near the hotel building. I had nothing to complain and I already made plans to come here to next year’s Carnival.
