A nice studio on the 10th floor with a queen size bed, airconditioning, cable tv and internet. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
In Copacabana, Posto 6, near all restaurants and nightlife. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 80 per night.

CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Aleksey Makari, Russia I received a nice bonus from work so I decided to spend it wisely and I booked a holiday trip for my family. We went to Rio de Janeiro and we stayed at this studio. It was located on the 10th floor and was equipped with the much needed AC. The room was very spacious, neatly clean and came with a handful of amenities, all of them just as important. We were 2 blocks away from the beach so it is easy to presume that all day we stayed at the beach. Adalberto Crocetta, Italy The Carnival was an event I always wanted to attend to. Last year I had the change to view it in its entire splendor along with my husband. We stayed for the entire Carnival at this studio which came with a nice bonus; it was located only 2 blocks away from the dreamy Copacabana beach. The room itself was perfect as it was spotless, food was great, the AC worked great (a rare situation) and the Internet access was very useful. I hope that we will come back here for the 2011 Carnival. Aditya Inderjit, India My brother and I spent New Year’s Eve right on the Copacabana beach, which was 2 blocks away from the studio. The room was exactly like in these pictures and the amenities are indeed just as written. Nothing to complain, the site is telling the truth about prices, conditions, features and so on. It is a good investment. If you plan on visiting RJ, this would be a very wise accommodation solution.
