A nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with a queen size bed, double sofa bed, airconditioning, cable tv. The prices have been based upon a maximum of 2 persons. The costs for energy (gas and electricity) are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. The costs for cleaning and laundry are based upon actual usage and costs. These will be charged extra. Prices for New Year and Carnival are upon request.
In Copacabana, Posto 5, near all restaurants and nightlife. PRICES: Prices start at US$ 80 per night.
NOTE: For some apartments we charge extra costs. It can be costs for Cleaning, Laundry, Energy, Internet, etc. For New Year and Carnival we have different (price) packages of 7 and/or 10 nights. AMENITIES:
CLIENTS WHO RENTED THIS APARTMENT: Brigita Nikolajs, Latvia 80$ well spent! For this money I got a room located only 2 blocks away from the beach. It had a much needed AC plus internet access. The downside was that I could stay only for five days, if it were after me; I would have stayed for 2 weeks, minimum. The fully equipped kitchen was a nice addition although I am not much of a chef. I also liked the fact that the public transportation was only a minute away from the hotel and in my short time; I managed to visit a wide variety of interesting places. Albin Halsten, Norway First of all I must say that I do not need a long list of services and amenities to have a nice vacation, but this hotel really surprised me. For spending so little money I got so much in return. The room was spacious enough for my needs, the services offered were impeccable and the staff was as friendly as it gets. Lucky for me that the hotel was only steps away from the beach and the biggest clubs. I had the time of my life and I hope that in the near future I will come back to this exquisite city. Suffice it to say, I did not want to spend much money on the accommodation services which is why I opted for this hotel. In exchange for what I paid, I got a wide array of amenities, all of them proving out to be quite useful. The most important factor that made me decide upon this hotel is the fact that it is located near public transportation, giving me easy access to the rest of the city. Speaking of Rio de Janeiro, it has to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
